Health & Wellbeing Coach focusing on the body and mind

Nurturing your aspirational life

I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals and I use a number of different ways to do this.

As a Life Coach and Nutritional Therapist I work with you to identify what it is you need and develop a plan with you to help you achieve your goals.  You might need more support with nutrition, or it could be that you want to make a change in your life, but you just don’t know what, so through coaching, we can identify what this is and start on the journey to achieve your goal.

Coaching is all about looking forward into the future, getting you to achieve the goal, reach the outcome you are looking for and live well.  We don’t spend time dwelling on the past, our job is to focus on the outcome and not get bogged down with has happened before, as those things won’t help you now that you want to move forward. Sometimes the path toward the goal can be rocky, but it’s my job to keep you on track, to challenge you, question you and make you accountable.  We are a team!

I’ve worked with lots of people many with varying health challenges, but there isn’t anything that we can’t address and work on together to improve.

I’m very passionate about working with clients who have Type 2 diabetes or who have been told they are pre-diabetic as I have had huge success with previous clients by enabling them to put their condition into remission in less than a year.

I also work with women who are struggling to cope with the menopause and the symptoms it brings.  I can be a scary and daunting time and I am glad to say I have been able to support a number of women on a personal level, as well as international businesses as they look to support their employees as well.

So why me?

I know what it’s like to have health problems!  I struggled with my weight for many years before I found a very understanding knowledgeable GP who started to teach me about nutrition.  From there I took the learning and passion I gained to train as a Nutritional Therapist, coupled with my expertise as a Life Coach so that I could help other people like me change their lives for good.  This has helped me greatly as I personally went through surgical menopause, and now I use that expertise to help my clients.

I’ve judged the Nourish Awards three times now, so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to identifying foods that can support a healthy lifestyle and easily identify those not so healthy ones!
