I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals and I use a number of different ways to do this.
As a Life Coach, Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher I work with you to identify what it is you need and use a combination of things to help you get there. You might need more support with nutrition, or it could be that you want to make a change in your life, but you just don’t know what, so through coaching, we can identify what this is and start on the journey to achieve your goal.
Coaching is all about looking forward into the future, getting you to achieve the goal, reach the outcome you are looking for and live well. We don’t spend time dwelling on the past, our job is to focus on the outcome and not get bogged down with has happened before, as those things won’t help you now that you want to move forward. Sometimes the path toward the goal can be rocky, but it’s my job to keep you on track, to challenge you, question you and make you accountable. We are a team!
I’ve worked with lots of people many with varying health challenges, but there isn’t anything that we can’t address and work on together to improve.
I’m very passionate about working with clients who have Type 2 diabetes or who have been told they are pre-diabetic as I have had huge success with previous clients by enabling them to put their condition into remission in less than a year.
So why me?
I know what it’s like to have health problems! I struggled with my weight for many years before I found a very understanding knowledgeable GP who started to teach me about nutrition. From there I took the learning and passion I gained to train as a Nutritional Therapist, coupled with my expertise as a Life Coach so that I could help other people like me change their lives for good.
I’ve judged the Nourish Awards twice, so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to identifying foods that can support a healthy lifestyle and easily identify those not so healthy ones!
It didn’t stop there for me though; I’ve had numerous health issues through my life so to support myself I took up Yoga and Meditation which helped me enormously, so I decided to become a teacher and now incorporate these to help my clients with their mind and body at the same time.
