I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals and I use a number of different ways to do this.
As a Life Coach, Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher I work with you to identify what it is you need and use a combination of things to help you get there. You might need more support with nutrition, or it could be that you want to make a change in your life, but you just don’t know what, so through coaching, we can identify what this is and start on the journey to achieve your goal.
Coaching is all about looking forward into the future, getting you to achieve the goal, reach the outcome you are looking for and live well. We don’t spend time dwelling on the past, our job is to focus on the outcome and not get bogged down with has happened before, as those things won’t help you now that you want to move forward. Sometimes the path toward the goal can be rocky, but it’s my job to keep you on track, to challenge you, question you and make you accountable. We are a team!
There are many different ways I help my clients based on their own needs and circumstances. Sometimes this means that you might be ready to join a short term group programme, a longer term group programme or you are ready to work with me on a one to one basis to get individual attention and a bespoke programme built just for you.
