Post Natal Health Programme

Are you fed up of not having time to exercise?

Are you frustrated that the baby weight just won't shift?

Are you struggling to find time to eat, and when you do you grab the quickest easiest thing you can?

Do you wish someone would tell you how to plan your meals?

And tell you what to eat to be healthy and feel good?

Wouldn't it be great if someone could give you a kick start on the road to eating better, having more energy and feeling healthier?  That way you wouldn't beat yourself up for not eating right or not having time to exercise, but instead they would tell you what you need to do to take back some control and have some 'me' time!  I bet you would love some free templates and recipes too?

Imagine what it would be like if you started your week with your meals planned out, all the food you needed in the kitchen and some lunches made up for the week?  Just think how much spare time you would have!

Imagine having time to exercise, or catch up with your friends, wow free time, now that's got to be better than how it is at the moment right?  How would it feel if you did all this and lost some baby weight too?

Imagine what it would be like to have more energy and feel your self esteem rocket.  It sounds great doesn't it?

Well I have exactly what you are looking for

You can get access to it from Monday 10th July when the programme starts

This is a 4 week online programme with a different topic each week.

It's all about giving you the tools to kick start your healthy life post baby and includes lessons about exercising after having a baby, portion control, meal planning to save you time and money and how to make more time for you!  You will also get recipes, templates, guide cards and lots more!

Why listen to me?  Well I've been where you are now.  I struggled with my weight most of my adult life going from one faddy diet to the other, and after I had my daughter the weight gradually piled on as I yoyo dieted.  I reached rock bottom and found myself sobbing in my GP's office begging for help.  I eventually took matters into my own hands and trained as a nutritional therapist so that I could learn about food and how to eat right.  I lost over 4 stone by putting the things I learnt into practice and now I combine these skills with over 20 years of coaching to help people just like you, because I know how hard it is!

If you are interested, I've also been featured in the Evening Advertiser and local radio, and have been known to pop up on Swindon 105.5 now and again!

Here's what some previous clients have said about working with me:

It inspired me to make changes and was a great place to share what I was doing to improve my health. I found the suggestions sensible and based around long term change. I enjoyed it and would recommend it

Bonny has been a brilliant coach in helping me address an area which had been an issue for me since childhood.  I am delighted with the changes I’ve made to my own beliefs during the weeks of coaching and I can feel a personal transformation taking place.  She has a gentle, yet challenging approach that encourages and inspires you to take the right actions that will move you forward to success.

I have been where you are and I know just how hard it is when you just don't know where to start, which is why I have developed this kickstart programme to get you started on your journey.

It’s a 4 week programme during which you will get 4 different modules of easy to read teaching and support.

I teach you about:

* exercise and why it's important not just for your body but your mind too after having a baby

* why you might crave and binge on certain foods and how to put a stop to it

* Learn how to plan meals, save money, reduce stress

* Make time for yourself to think about what you are eating

* and lots more!

You get recipes, handouts, meal planning guides, nutritional information, inside information about the food industry and lots more.

There is a dedicated Facebook group for everyone going through this programme, so you can jump on and ask questions about anything, and I'll be there to support to.

I'm going to try and answer any questions you might have:

* Can I access this on my phone/tablet? Yes, as long as you have access to your email on your devices.

* Do I need to disclose my weight to anyone? No, this programme does not include tracking weight loss, but if you want to for yourself then that’s great!

* Will it take up lots of my time?  You can put as much or as little effort in as you like, but the more you do the more chance you have of reaching your goals!

* Is it safe for me as I've just had a baby?  You should be at least 6 weeks post natal before undertaking any exercise.  The programme is not written for your specific needs, neither does it take into account your medical history, if you are at all concerned please speak to your GP first

Still need convincing?  Here's some more feedback from previous clients…

With her help, I feel more confident and structured, with a clear vision of my path to success

P.S........Remember all the times you have felt frustrated because you tried with good intentions to eat better, exercise more, look after yourself,  but then felt so frustrated and annoyed at yourself when you didn't?  Can you face going through that again?  Or would you rather take the first steps to do something about it now?
