  • Breathing techniques to help calm the mind and soul

  • Yoga practice to support wellbeing

  • Meditation - what is it, how it helps and experience it

  • Nutrition for the mind - how food can nourish us physically and mentally

  • Mindfulness - weather permitting in the beautiful woods on site

  • Two course lunch and refreshments through the day

 

If you want to stay overnight you can as Highway Hill has some gorgeous Shephard Huts to stay in, all nice and cozy with a lovely wood burner and amazing views (this needs to be booked separately  but I can do that for you!)

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I have never done Yoga before so is this for me?  Yes of course, yoga is for anyone regardless of experience

  • I have never done any meditation before, I'm abit worried about it. Meditation is nothing to be worried about, it's just an opportunity for you to close your eyes, rest and calm your mind, you will love it!

  • I have a food allergy will this be accomodated? Absolutely!  A private chef is cooking lunch and can accommodate this

  • I live quite far away is there somewhere nearby I can stay?  You can stay onsite in one of the amazing Shepherds Huts, just contact me first so I can check availability for you.

  • Is there childcare available?  There are no facilites onsite for childcare

  • Is there disabled access?  The Haybarn is up a flight of stairs so you need to make sure you are ok to climb them

  • What do I need to bring with me?  Everything you need will be provided so you don't need anything other than some comfortable clothes, a jumper, coat and some walking shoes/trainers
